How does registration work?
Click the registration link to fill out the registration/scholarship application for January's Blackpackers ski/snowboarding trip. Applications will close on January 21st and those chosen for the January trip will be notified on the evening of Sunday, January 24th. Those who are not chosen for January's event are eligible for scholarships for the future events through this partnership and our applicant pool will be chosen from this registration period.
Who is eligible for this trip?
Both experienced and inexperienced skiiers/snowboarders are welcome. However, experienced participants will need to provide their own gear. Lift tickets will be provided for a limited number of experienced riders.
What is the general schedule for the event?
0930 - Participants arrive
1000 - Kick off meeting for all participants
1015 - Experienced skiiers/snowboarders head to mountain
1015 - Beginner participants get equipment
1200 - Lunch together for all participants
1300 - Beginners ski lesson begins / Experienced skiers return to mountain
1600 - Arapahoe Basin Ski Area closes
